Avoid These 6 Foods To Keep Inflammation At Bay

In general inflammation is not a bad thing, inflammation is the body’s natural response to infection and injury. It is an important defense mechanism that helps our body to heal by bringing nutrients and immune cells to the affected area.

So inflammation is usually a good thing, however, sometimes our inflammation defense mechanism does not switch off so to speak, and this where it can be very damaging to our well-being. How can you combat chronic inflammation? Well, there a few tings that can help. What i’d like to focus on in this post is the foods to avoid that cause inflammation.

What’s interesting is that many of these foods we know very well, but we just did think that they could be the cause of inflammation and pain through out of bodies… Okay let’s get right to it, her are the 6 foods to avoid to keep inflammation and pain at bay.
