* Massage sessions are by appointment only.
* Payment must be made upon completion of session.
* Please arrive 15 (10 for returning clients) minutes before your scheduled session in order to receive a full session.
* Therapist has right to cancel any appointment if client is 15 or more minutes past the start time.
* A 24-Hour cancellation/reschedule notice is required.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. And there are many valid reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. Yet, to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for your therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of our services
If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged for the session. It must be paid in full prior to your next treatment. On the other hand, if we are able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo his or her appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for the missed appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
Anyone who is more than thirty minutes late for their appointment will be treated as a “no-show” and charges will apply.
If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes, unless having telephoned us that you might be late, it will be construed by us as a “no-show”. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment and regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
